Wow this got out of control quick. Look, H2O is still H2O regardless of its state. You can put an ice cube in your mouth let it melt and you're drinking water, you can collect steam let it condense and.... Once again you're drinking water. Apply some common sense.

Thats because you are changing the ice back to water and drinking the water. A change of state changes the name too. Water is not ice is not steam.

It's getting out of hand because people do not realize ice is not water, water is a liquid, ice is a solid... It's a different form of the same thing but it isn't the same thing...
