Hello, I came across an exotic sniper called Patience and Time. My concern is that it had a base damage of 160. Why is this so low? The lowest base damage I have seen for a patience and time online is like 260. Why is mine so weak? Is it even worth keeping? I'm a fairly new player, so I don't know if theres a way to upgrade the damage drastically, (though this weapon doesn't allow infusion.) Should I just dismantle it? Please, give feedback! Thanks!
