Watch this. https://youtu.be/OOtFQLM0n2g it shows where it is. Do the sword swipe to help get in there. Once up just go around the corner to the left and drop down and proceed like you would doing shield bros. :) You get an emblem for killing him. Hes cake.

Top left of the door if you look up you should be able to see it and it's easily cleared with a double or triple jump

hmm, I must be blind. I can go into both rooms and can't see a hole anywhere. I can jump up and walk around a small lip around part of the ceiling of the room but just don't see a hole.
