Most comments seem to say that only "Vanilla", The Dark Below and House of Wolves are available for play *unless* one bought the All-in-One edition of TTK. At least I managed to preorder TTK from PlayStation store before it became "unavailable for purchase", but on my PS4s, TTK content can be played only on my account, even though the User Agreements and whatnots state that any DLC content should be playable on all accounts using those PS4s...
