Phalinkses shields can be destroyed and they sometimes spawn with sniper rifles

Nah. That would be awesome. Destroy able shields and chance to spawn without one

It would but Cabal are already a pain. There's a reason they don't have any dedicated long range class. (Other than the ridiculous degree of accuracy the Colossi have with that chain gun.)
