My question is...
Are all the best elemental primary weapons and gear only obtained from the raid this time around?
If so, has there been any news on elemental damage weapons and max gear for Iron Banner this year?

The only elemental primary for year 2 I have seen is zhalo supercell which is an exotic auto rifle that you can get from random drops nightfall and exotic primary engram

So far primary's are kinetic, which I think is dumb just take them out and save them hard mode. I'd rather get all the armor and special and heavies for hard mode. Also they haven't revealed weapons for ToO or IB

Probably doing kinetic versions do you can get a primary weapon you like past 300 light before hard mode raid drops.

well I hope they offer at least one elemental primary for IB make it obtainable at rank 5, 15000 glimmer, and a certain %age of bounties complete in the year

All normal mode raid primaries are kinetic. Likely saving elements for hard mode.

Same as previous raids. kinetic primary's are dumb, who wants those?

Gives you a feel for the weapon. Plus taken damage bonus is nice.

yeah I forgot this isn't KF HM, but yeah they should have more ways to get adept weapons in ToO.. na maybe not
