I've done it in it's hardest difficulty and there was a secret part at the end

That's normal for the 240 level. The daily version will have something else it is theorized much like the black spindle is daily only

Is it speculation or has someone found something on it? I know some people think no time to explain may be in this mission.

It's mostly speculation but people have glitches their way around and found a door under the omnigul room.

5 has never been confirmed, even with data mining. After 4 it says quest completed. The next step is probably some other relics (found data mining) at rank 4 or 5.

Yup. There are a number of threads as well as the subreddit /r/searchforthesleeper. Most theories believe we need to be a higher rank with the gunsmith. Can't wait for next week! I (and many others) will hit rank 4.
