It's the super itself it's how much extra health you get while in it.

Yea because blade dancers with arc armor chest peices aren't able to get the same level of health, RIGHT? oh wait they CAN get the same level of health...

Oh wait they don't. Blade dancer EVEN WITH CHEST PIECE. Only have 300 health. Titans have over 400 which is more than a radiance warlock with flame touch and radiant skin.
