Rank 2 gets you the quest for a Legendary with a great set of perks (one will be unique)
Rank 3 gets you the (easy) quest for a class specific Exotic
Rank 4 and up... I'm not sure.

A tiny bit under rank 4. Was hoping this week's test weapons would take me there, but nope. So it's a case of either waiting til next week (No oooo!) Or hoping I find a couple of the test weapons to hand in? Anyone know what 4 gives you??
