Do the Daily Heroic before 2 AM PST [spoiler]you have to go to the area where taniks is after killing the ogre and going through the two locked doors; I recommend a fireteam of 290+[/spoiler]

Wait. So you have to actually kill the Taken Ogre in that mission and go to where Taniks' ship was? Or am I misunderstanding? I had done the Daily Heroic earlier with a meager 250-ish Light, Solo... I basically screwed myself out of the reward?
