In fact, according to EULA and the Terms of Use Agreement (and the law of all countries worldwide), we only paid for a "license". We don't own anything, and the companies (here : Bungie - Activision) can modify the Program. If you do not agree with that terms, you are not allowed to use, download or install the program.
