Why wouldn't you use plan C? Faster time to kill, better charge

I've gotten doubles because enemies have been hit, run to cover beside their teammates, and they along with their teammate die. It's also very good for sticking surfaces before a enemy comes by and switching to your primary for an easy kill. The situational aspects of the gun are what I love it for.
