I got Ace of Spades.
Just got Ace of Spades!!
You get the quest from the gunsmith at level 3 for Hunter.
It is equipped on my Hunter
IMPORTANT EDIT: Weapon CANNOT be equipped to other classes
Edit: For those of you wondering how I got to rank 3, here's what I did:
- Completed all test weapons from last week with nightfall buff
- Completed the 4 available test weapons from Tuesday server reset
- Completed all test weapons from this week with no nightfall buff
- Completed the gunsmith rank 2 quest
- Redeemed 3 gunsmith faction consumable...things (don't really know what they are, they look like fusion rifles)
Edit: for those of you wondering about the quest:
The quest is the second Back in the Saddle
There are two quests with the same name.
The first one is awarded at rank 2 for the class legendary special weapon
The second is awarded at rank 3 for the class exotic primary
These are the stages for the rank 3 quest for AoS:
- Stage 1: get 100 hand cannon kills while a Primary Telemetry is active (primary telemetry has replaced the old individual weapon telemetry)
- Stage 2: dismantle 5 rare or 2 legendary hand cannons

2 RepliesKinda sad it's class exclusive, I love cannons and Im a Titan by heart. But it's cool that they do it like that: some weapons should be class exclusive. For example it makes no sense seeing a [b]Hunter[/b] wield a Heavy Machinegun. There should be like buffs and de-buffs for class-to-weapon. Like Warlocks should get a buff for fusionrifles ie all energy-based weapons, Hunters should get sniperbuffs and Titan recoilbuffs using heavier or full/semi-automatics. .. Oh well, there's Hawkmoon still.

3 RepliesI have the exotic assault rifle on my titan, it's actually pretty nice and will hold me over until I can decide what exotic to actually use. If nothing else I'll try and get a Monte Carlo with insurmountable skull fort helm and go full melee build and melt things armor non stop.
