Yeah, it isn't easy but it's about the best thing you can do with it other than throw it at something. AR's seem just as bad to me but not tried my necro yet. All current weapons feel useless tbh in pve. Not tried in lagfest yet but I believe thorn and tlw are still as strong. If so that's one hell of a -blam!- up.

Would like to say I'm not bungie bashing or all shiny eyed over the nerfs. Just right now the game feels unplayable for pve, slow and clunky with very underpowered gear. Not tried pvp out yet and it won't really get better till ttk but it's still pretty poor.
