I benched my thorn. Anyone else?
Honestly have grown to hate this weapon since I have benched it. Now it's all about the last word for small maps. And Hopscotch Pilgrim for ranged maps.
Anyone else finally bench the thorn? I hope the nerf kills it personally. Haha.
What's your load outs these days?

Benched Thorn, never really picked up TLW. Messenger, MIDA are my go to for trials or IB. Will mess around with nechrocasm, skorris revenge, no land beyond (as of today), fulcrum during normal crucible.

I use it only in situations where I need it to win such as iron banner or trials

1 ReplyI used it for one iron banner after I got it. I like red death better. Helps in those situations where you come out of one gun battle and have another coming at you.

1 ReplyEdited by D1ll0n_FST: 9/1/2015 3:04:05 AMI personally don't use it anymore unless I am on my hunter, it allows me to get a thorn hit then an arcbolt hit to kill. I have been messing around with mida multi tool though, it can be very useful for those shoulder charge/ blink builds.

1 ReplyUsed to use it. Did good with it but I felt cheap. Tried out other weapons and found that I do pretty good with Hawkmoon. Looks good,sounds good,and is a mini-death machine! If people want to use thorn then that's up to them. What annoys me the most is those people that just spam your body with shots and run behind a wall waiting for the poison to kill you.😒

I gave up using the exotic primary/shotgun combo recently. I've been using Fulcrum/PlanC/Deviant Gravity.

Stil used it today to finish out iron banner ( sorry dude ) but I love using my messenger or universal remote . Sometimes I go sidearm only and still wreck

I used to use Thorn. But now it sits in my vault collecting dust. If I'm not trying level up a certain exotic (which I usually am) I use The Last Word or Invective. Otherwise its Six Dreg Pride or Fang of Ir Yut, depending on the map. And The Frenzy (fusion rifle). It's the best.
