Yes. Because striker is an arc subclass.

I think they are. It was either arc burn or the buff when you deal more damage when you are airborne. Reason being it is OP as shit xD

It's both at the same time. That's why both those damage bonuses, added with the boot's damage bonuses, equals 900x damage. I did 32000 to the walker tank and killed it in one hit.
