That Xylar would go back in time to help the other Xylar before Xylar is defeated by the Guardians because that Xylar is weak and when it's almost defeated, it would go back in time to the other Xylar and warn him of the Guardians before they arrived (do the raid again)

Bungie doesn't care what he says. He would be able to sue, even the smallest chnace is far too big a risk for bungie.
