Petition to block <2 year users from #OffTopic

Not all <1 year people are Desticle fgts. I don't talk about it here because I can comprehend the #OffTopic part of #OffTopic. As in, things that aren't related to Destiny. I also acknowledge that this website, this forum, even, existed before Destiny.
