To bad people will mainly be working on getting vanguard marks. Maybe if warlocks gained vanguard marks instead it might help a bit, maybe. It's all bad really.

Eh legendary marks will be so easy to get. Vanguard and crucible marks are already a piece of cake. So it'll be 6x as easy assuming u have 3 characters. As 2 sets of 200 per character ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Maybe, but if I was a warlock and I had to choose gain glimmer or marks. I'd go with marks. It'd still be a lack luster perk, but yeah.
