Just blink backwards and shoot him with a pistol.
Works every time except for titans.
There is no scumbag load out, its just whats in the game. There will always be a meta of the most efficient load outs...that is not going to change in any game ever, whether thats Destiny, COD or any other shooter.

No different to using a shotgun with shot package and log range and running around the map shot gunning people. They are imbalances in the game and EVERYBODY does it. Your not telling me you dont run a felwinters, matadoor or party crasher re-rolled ? All these issues have been around too long, and they are all equally bad on Bungie, but everyone uses them
