No pool a hot tub, but I don't use that my girl loves I though, but plans to put a salt water one in next year. I would say give Wayne a look. Really nice place.

I would prefer a garden personally it's more my style very relaxing. How's the garage situation ? I'll give Wayne a look definitely.
