I said "If he was actually doing nothing and standing still, fine" I know, actually not playing is bad. However as some have said, his match history does not line up with his claims, and OP could have meant "doing nothing" in the way that the player just sucked (in that case he should have had him leave earlier, or not kicked him at all)
