I remember when I sharded my vanilla gear when they said the same thing after TDB came out and look what happened later. With all the back and forth decisions I can't ever see getting rid of my prized year one gear just in case. ------- Personally, gear being left behind doesn't bother me much. I enjoyed the constant influx of useful gear that I found up through level 20 before the legendary grind. I almost look forward to seeing that happen again when we start seeing blue drops that are better than our current legendary items.
