That's what i pretty much figured.
Which is why I don't understand them telling us not to dismantle anything, since supposedly only Year 2 stuff gives us legendary marks.

No idea. You might not have this specific emblem in your collection just because you dismantled it before the TTK.

it may be to help the algorithms work out what you've got and to set level.. just my thoughts
