Edited by TeddyBundy: 8/19/2015 8:43:09 PMI think you are...because you just underlined what I´ve said before: You need to relevel the new old exotics. If you want a top tier Suros, you have to get the new one and level it because the 2.0 Version is obviously better than the 1.0 one.

That's a new exotic in essence, so NO, you are not releveling! The only similarities between year one and year two versions is the exotic perk and the looks of it. They both have different perks and are both viable.

If it´s a different gun, why give it the same name? If it´s not better, why implement it at all?

The perks will possibly be better and it's a year two version so yeah suros is still a suros. Just think of it as having a different roll.
