Have they mentioned the cap on the Legendary Marks? This Ghost perk seem useless, who farms mats anymore?

You cant buy materials anymore. The crucible quartermaster didn't have any and I assume its the same for the vanguard

Cap on Legendary Marks are 200, but there is no weekly limit anymore. So you can max cap at 200, buy a weapon, and get more marks that same week.

Old weapons still need them like Vog or crotA weapons If you are a new player you only get 1 level 25 the others you have to grind up

Thought the same thing, but then I also considered that we are basically starting from scratch on weapons, so we will need lots of them again.
