Easy answer, not everyone can afford it. That is all. Lol I could but why would I bother right now when I'm happy with the way it's running, (minus the vault issue) which once ttk comes out supposedly won't be as big an issue anyway, so other than a quicker loading menu, there doesn't seem to me any real incentive for people to upgrade right now in all honesty
