Yeah, they are. Bungie doesn't give a shit. I've come to grips with it. I've yelled across multiple thread on these forums to keep all Year 1 end game gear and Bungie doesn't give a -blam!-. We're expected to shut up, move along, and take whatever DLC they throw our way. Don't forget to tell Bungie "thank you" for being allowed to play this "masterpiece".

Me, too. Bungie is throwing Year 1 away and move on. I think that's become pretty clear.

Well the community hasn't. My gear holds more value then just light levels and stats.
