I'm happy for all of the people that have been screwed over by RNG so use ur Gally its a nuclear badass. I'm happy because RNG has screwed me over lots and I've bought guns from xur before that's what he was made for; to bridge the gap between RNG and really bad luck which a lot of us seem to have
