Edit: Ok I feel I have to make it clear. This is not real, I didn't honestly expect people to think it to be real. But if this has any bright side, maybe this will get Bungie to considering the thought of making weapons that pay a homage to their previous games that they've made.

Value shown is 1/3 of what it really is. The BR kills from range much like a sniper, also not affected by range damage drop off. :) OP made me smile today.
