He continued being the Shipmaster of the Shadow of Intent.
We've actually got a novel coming out about him and what he's been up to after Halo 3 ends.

Thanks, I was worried he might have died during the Sangheili Civil War. He's just an overall badass and one of my favourite characters, I hope we get to see him in Halo 5 :D
