Oh gosh when it first happened it thought he was out to skin me like a sheep. Now I just kind of lay in bed staring at his face on the ceiling as it slowly fades away the more awake I become. Now the only scary part about the experience is I have no control when it happens.
That would be annoying you could be anywhere if there is no way to control when it happens. I am glad you manage to cope though must have been hard to get your head around.
Which I also can do to a certain extent. With sleep paralysis, lucid dreaming kind of came with. I usually can keep him standing in the corner, but I can't make him go away until I'm fully awake.
He stands very tall even in the corner; so tall in fact that his neck extends along the ceiling overtop of me. By now I know he's not real whenever I see him, but at first I thought he only meant to do me harm.
