Messenger beats hp in 2 areas. 1 is burn 2 is range HP can get a similar range stat like Messenger if you get smallbore as your stability perk.

Stability is sick and range is slightly better. I have one with hidden hand and one with glass half full they reck.

No, HP has better base stats then messenger except for range and can max stability unlike messenger. Messenger is still amazing though.

Well messenger does have a burn so I guess it beats HP in one area

Lol if you wanna use a pulse in a nightfall or Poe...I'd prefer handcannon or scout in those activitys
