Cannabis is being used to treat cancer, not cause it.

It doesn't treat cancer, it takes care of the symptoms. Cannabis causes cancer if smoked too much.

Regardless smoke is very harmful to the lungs wether it is from a joint or a cigarette. Our lungs are not meant to have smoke in them.
