Nope, catapult doesn't even come close lol

When you spam it, it's pretty fast. It comes close, at the least.

Well once you get used to increased control you will even be able to beat some sparrows in a race. I tested it with a few friends, i was able to beat all sparrows besides rares and legendarys

Well I've used Increased control for a while, I was just told catapult spam was faster. Placbo effect?

It depends if you know each jump type for increased control As long as you know the 6 tap lift you will be faster then any other form of movement Trust me man, i knew titan skating before it was publicized. I know all titan skating types. Increased control is easily the fastest.
