I can judge it in anyway I wish, regardless of what another thinks. Yet besides the point. I myself don't care if legendaries don't level up, I am not one who needs to only use those guns. Besides, they will only be irrelevant for end game, but still be effective. Had that not been the case, why would blackhammer be nerfed?
