They "Bungie" has not informed or misinformed the general consumer in regards to any gear as of this time. Until an official statement from Bungie comes out and addresses The Taken King level up system and gear, I suggest people just to keep calm and carry on. Cheers!

You can only view the actual article if you're game informer subscriber. Just go to planet destiny they have good coverage of most the stuff covered in the article. Also it isn't hard at all to figure out when this stuff is real or rumor.
