Destiny ISN'T a MMO.

Any game that is a shared-world, online game is an MMO by definition. Nobody said anything about an MMORPG.

3 RepliesDestiny isn't. It's kind of a bit of everything. FPS, this is the genre that bungie went with and classified Destiny. It is true, all of destinies gameplay is FPS RPG, you're playing a role of a guardian who was awaken by his ghost to go on this epic *dlc* quest. MMO, again, bungie didn't classify it as an MMO, but it has many aspects of one. Very similar to one.

MMO players got a watered down MMO. FPS players got a waters FPS game.
