Lol Borderlands does missions with 4 players. Destiny 3. Not an MMO bro.

So do most new games. Destiny is closer to Borderlands then a MMO. There is no Massive Multiplayer online in destiny. When there is a raid party of 40 people fighting through a Raid it will be a MMO. Untill then it is a FPS Coop.

You're gear isn't worthless. It's just not ideal for upper level enemies. It'll still work fine on year one content.
