Ill keep my favourite crucible gear because that will still work for sure.
Also, unless they make the raids above level 36, they will work there too.
People gotta chill and just see what happens.

What, exactly, would be the point in doing the old raids? Raids exist to give you gear and that gear will be worth less than a random green engram in a month.
