Ah, I was talking for PvE.

PvE it's good, too. I find many things like fences and railings that can block enemy shots while I'm still able to shoot through them. You've just got to know what you're doing.

The ability to consistently stagger is more useful, IMO. Not saying AP is bad BTW.

I'm pretty sure that all snipers have the ability to consistently stagger... Or did I miss something? The only time enemies don't stagger for me is when Angry is on.

It's almost guaranteed with it, less chance without, don't know the exact numbers.
