Report them and hope they are banned. It's not anyone else's problem they have crap Internet. That's ruins the game for the rest of us. So maybe spend a little extra to pay for better internet.

Lol what if someone can't get better internet connection where they live? I can certainly afford better internet, if they provided it. But I live on a lake, and can literally only get 2mb Max. Continue to report, nothing comes of it, and nothing ever will.

Your own problem. Don't play online games where the connection matters. If you do, I'll report you when I can.
 -

Okay sorry I can't afford our WHOLE -blam!-ING COUNTRY TO GET BETTER INTERNET?

Do you report yourself on those matches where EVERYBODY has a red bar? Because I've seen plenty of those. What's good for the goose...

I'm almost always Red-barring as I have Frontier... It's not my fault that I live in the middle of nowhere with lots of trees. And I'm too young to move out. Would you report me, even though I rarely lag to others? What I mean is my friends don't really see me lagging, but a lot of people lag to me.
 -

	Don't play online games then...
 -

I make do, I doesn't bother me, I was just wondering what he thought.

No problem, but don't be pissed when you're getting a ban because others report you.
