Idk off the top of my head but I don't think it's to high for where I'm at in the game because I haven't really done any grinding. I think it's just nobody plays it anymore, at least not when I'm on. -
Are you on last gen? Or do you get on at midnight or something? Maybe try restarting your internet, worked for me on several occasions.
