If the world was a perfect place then yes that would work but there are sickos that would join and thus make it a not safe place. I just want a community where we don't have to make clans to make people feel safe
It would be ideal yes and yes it's very far from the truth. But let's say they found those types of guys who aren't creeps, assholes, ego maniacal, perverted, etc etc etc... but they are perfect matches for the dames and there philosophy. The test is would they be excluded still? Why exclude someone who is exactly perfect for you just because he has a penis? Your silly rules, wouldn't those rules be called sexist? I'm sure the dames themselves even know guys who would fit the bill now but they don't have them in the clan, now who knows for what other reasons besides the one main one.... They are not girls.
Until that point I will think it's a sexist clan then. Not saying it's a bad clan for what they stand for but the implementation of the ideals made it sexist.
How to make a safe place:
1st Realize that trouble makers are the ones making trouble.
2nd Exclude trouble makers
How to not make a safe place:
1st Realize that most the trouble makers you've seen share an unchanged-able and un-related to the problem at hand characteristic.
2nd Fail to realize that this happens because most people you see in general share that characteristic.
3rd Fail to realize that many that share that characteristic are not trouble makers.
4th Exclude those who share that characteristic.
