Wasn't me personally, but I witnessed my friend pick up heavy ammo, flee from the team approaching (on Twilight Gap), panicked and jumped off, self-resurrected, and his spawn point was off the edge of the map, and he misadventured [b]twice[/b], losing heavy ammo and super, without a kill to show for it.
