How are there level 32 and higher that dont know how to run relic?

Because there's a lot of Xmas noobs that never got the chance. All anyone else cared about was Crota. I didn't get my 1st Vault run until 5 weeks ago.

32 PoE is to easy to do because you don't need any raid gear to get 32 because vendors sold it and if you dont want to do quodron or pilot servitor because they were to hard it wasn't a problem. You just have to wait until next week. That is why you see all the 34s that don't raid.

My thoughts exactly, ran it earlier didn't even think about it two 34 and a 32 went in we died to oracles me and the three people who knew how to run relic were praying we would get sent to run it and destroy oracles
