I rarely experience lag in ToO. They specifically put you against people with similar internet connection. If you're complaining about lag, likely the other team is complaining about you as well

Doubt it .... Its usualy 1 of three that you cant touch the other two you can kill... And its not just me feeling the lag its our team mates to.

Someone on your team has a bad connection. I'm not being rude, but whenever I play with people with lower quality internet I find myself playing against laggers. Try and ensure your team has a reliable connection of over 10mb up and down to ensure no lag in opposition!
