Lol you can wipe one with a mag of primary or one sniper bullet, or a shotgun and melee the community has learnt to beat them and they're honestly not as good as they used to be when trials first came out

1 ReplyWhy do people care about this? It was widely know to be a strategy everyone was talking about before ToO came out. Day one me and my team were looking at what the opponents were using and if their was a sunsinger then you knew their was self res. Everyone counters it with standing on ghosts ready to shotgun melee or just kept their distance from the dead warlocks to drop them as a team. Literally if you die to this then you just aren't as good as you like to believe. The only time I've seen it be viable is if the whole enemy team does it at once and even the while it happens you can drop one for sure while creating distance from the others because moat sunslinger forget they have guns and just try to melee grenade spam. Also you can shut it down with titan slams, novas, golden guns, or multiple supers of you have them.

We had two warlocks self res right next to each other at the same time. Luckily my teammate had a titan smash.

It makes the class unique , if you don't like just make a warlock and see how easy it is to kill a self res even with the blinding chest piece .

1 ReplyI think some of you guys on here seem to forget that people still play Destiny on PS3/360 where there are a huge amount of kids that play and have no idea what they're doing. Maybe that's why some of you have zero problems, but if a guy is clever he will kill you by self rezzing easy

It's a hazard that you should be aware of just the same as any other super or weapon. It will most likely only be activated on one round - so don't try to pretend like it is the sole reason for losses.

I kill more Sunsingers off of self-rez more than any other super. If you are watching the orb, shotgun + melee = dead Sunsinger.
