dude i have bubbles up constantly in PoE and PvE i went an entire quodron fight for 30 minutes because soloing and not once did my bubble disappear because it ran out, it disapeared because i place another down and i didnt even have bad juju dont diss the bonus, never diss the bonus

True, it's the best bonus on legendary armor. This is why I love my VoG helmet.

Likely not, however the armor perks appear to be a lot more interesting in TTK. For instance: "Arc burn is now x2 instead of x3."

Useless perk? That perk helps a lot in PvE.

I usually chain supers with my raid team.....so not super helpful for us. Maybe useful when trickle is on in PoE tho.
