my guess is that vanguard mentors will now sell weapons that play to their class strengths. may be only able to be equipped by that class.

Sounds like part of the story will focus on a new weapon system, possibly involving quests from these weapon manufacturers. Sounds like our old weapons will be obsolete.

I know, man. I'm really excited for The Taken King. The fact that they purposely stated; "More weapons/arsenal than we've ever seen before" makes me all giddy. Then I read the "Classes will have their own guns." and I pooped a little.

The titan had a auto rifle, I think pulse, shotgun rocket and a helmet. They are most likely doing this to promote you to use all 3 classes

1 ReplyEither they're going to make guns with class specific perks or allow imbuement of the subclass's element. I wouldn't get too excited they'll probably be exotics and have some of the terrible exotic armour perks. Will lol if they make a titan shotgun that changes your jump type to blink.
